Account Eligibility

Use of the indo78 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, which every user must meet without exception:

• You must be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds

Indo78 provides easy and secure deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost.

All withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the indo78 account. indo78 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. For a first withdrawal, KYC verification may be required before funds are released.

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of indo78 to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
